They sent me an email after my escalation and it explicitly says that there is "no known issue affecting the functionality of your card."
Since I sent them a copy of my deposit receipt from WM with the $3.74 charge on it, it is obvious to me that they don't have a clue what is going on. For them, the card works just fine. They don't care how I get money onto it, or what it costs me to do so. They are still doing their banking functions as promised.
Let's see what WM does.
