Trying to work YTZ into a YTO-LAS fare

I'm trying to get the fare Q7FN from YTO-LAS, with the following routing:

AC7870 YTZ-YOW Nov 8
AC4567 YOW-ORD Nov 9
AC5387 ORD-DEN Nov 9
AC4381 DEN-LAS Nov 9

The fare rules (with irrelevant stuff cut out) say:
FROM YTO-AC-YOW-AC-
VIA CHI-AC-
TO DEN-AC-LAS*

And I believe that the "first flight out on the next day" avoids charging the overnight in YOW as a stopover. (Or have I misinterpreted?)

There's Q availability on the first flight because itn.net tells me Q1.
I know there's Q availability on the last 3 flights because I did a test booking on YOW-LAS on Expedia.ca with the Q7FN fare.

But I can't seem to book this anywhere. Aircanada.ca doesn't offer anything from YTZ, even when specified via a multi-city. Expedia doesn't let me do it on one fare either. I'd really enjoy getting a chance to fly out of the Toronto Islands airport, and the fare rules *seem* to allow it. Any ideas?
