Either way, the rates at HP Old Port are insane and I have encountered this property playing games with award availability so anything's possible I suppose.
There are 8 Cat 5 HPs (all in the US). In addition to SF, there are 3 in Manhattan, 1 in Boston, 1 in Nashville, and two on the ocean in MD and DE.
