I need to make a return booking when the booking window opens, I'll have to be more clear about entering a search time of 1 AM and hope it doesn't take as many HUCA. The agent that finally was able to see the space did put me on hold for about 5 minutes so maybe she had to ask a supervisor how to do it. She mentioned something had changed with the booking system and needed time to figure it out.
I tried the “maybe try entering a search time of 1AM” and the agent (very kind) said she wasn’t trained on it and transferred me to a CX specialist as well
