What is the likelihood of this staying a Category 4 hotel next year? Seems unlikely for a Hyatt Place property to go to a category 5, don't you think? The only HP property I can think of that is Cat 5 is in downtown San Francisco. Even HP Waikiki is a Cat 4. Either way, the rates at HP Old Port are insane and I have encountered this property playing games with award availability so anything's possible I suppose.
