What is the likelihood of this staying a Category 4 hotel next year? I am in the first year of holding a World of Hyatt card and I’m debating about whether to spend enough to get the second Category 4 certificate this year… would be nice to be able to get two nights at this hotel next summer when rates are $500+ with certs
