Technical Service Analyst (Ronkonkoma, NY): Responsible for managing the Airframe, Engine, APU and Propeller templates and ensuring that the template data is in-line with the OEM manufacturer’s data.
Account Manager (Ronkonkoma, NY): Fast-paced sales role, tasked with achieving growth sales quotas and retaining existing clients. Follow-up on leads, qualify new and add-on opportunities, and communicate how we will meet the customer’s needs and solve their problems. Develop positive relationships with our existing client base and maximize add-on revenue for the company.
Software Engineer (Merrimack, NH): Responsible for working within a small Agile Scrum team, assigned to a Product Line, creating new applications, as well as fixing, updating, and modifying legacy software.
Sales Coordinator (Merrimack, NH): Responsible to work with the Sales Team to provide necessary support for the regional sales managers. Simplify the team’s activities to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.
Human Resources Generalist (Merrimack, NH): Provide HR Generalist support and guidance to front line managers and employees in a wide range of HR maters including but not limited to employee relations, HRIS maintenance, immigration processing, recruiting, and training and development.
Research Analyst (Tinton Falls, NJ): Responsible for gathering and analyzing market information for aircraft owners and aviation professionals, as well as entering that data into the company database.
Customer Service Manager (Tinton Falls, NJ): Responsible for growing our current customer service team, continuing to build new relationships with customers, and nurturing our core customer relationships.
Customer Operations Analyst (Wichita, KS): Responsible for managing key processes end-to-end as well as dealing with prospective and existing customers by phone and email. Need to understand our product inside out and build relationships with our customers to understand their needs. This role is an excellent opportunity to further develop your career in aviation maintenance.
Strategic Business Development Analyst (Cordova, TN or Merrimack, NH): Responsible for product direction, customer adoption, partnership development, and creation of a new high-growth line of business.
Sales Account Executive (Home Office USA): Work closely with prospects/customers to discover their business needs and challenges and then coach them on the best ways to solve them with our products/services in a way that communicates clear and compelling value while differentiating from competitors and alternatives.
QA Engineer (Cordova, TN): Responsible for working with QA Engineers, developers, and business application users to create comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases, including the use of automation, performance, load, and test management tools.
