15 July is Democracy and Unity Day ( official holiday in Turkey )
19 July is the eve of the Religious Holiday ( normally half-day off )
20-23 July is a Religious Holiday ( official holiday in Turkey )

17-18 July & 24-25 July are weekends.

For this year only, July 16 and the morning of July 19 was declared by President Erdoğan as a national holiday.

Thus this gives many people working to have 11 consecutive days off from work without using their annual vacation rights.
