Nothing new about Bonvoy being broken... its been an embarrassing mess since it started.

Anyway, I've also been having issues with incidental points posting properly for quite a while now... since last fall I've had to frequently submit missing stay requests and tell them that while the stay posted for nights and the welcome bonus, there was no credit/points for any of my incidentals. Usually takes several days to a response but they make the correction. Still stupid that having to go through this almost every stay.
