Seeing I'm solo this trip and booked the room for two I'd rather have a $30 F&B credit or even a $15 F&B credit. I hate the exec loung there, it's small and hours are awful and they use it for the gold breakfast benefit as well so it's always very congested.
Restaurant had been closed since last year, the credit is valid for the only place that is open which is called the bistro, open 24 hours, it is a grab and go place, more like a cafeteria, you can order cook to order breakfast lunch and dinner from there, their food are pretty good.
I think the reason the bistro is open 24/7 is because there are contracts with flight crew, crews from all sorts of airlines stay there arrive and leave the Hilton all kind of hours, like the CX crew didn't leave til midnight, while CI and SQ crew arrive at 10pm
