Re: Parking and food charges, is that exception only applicable to Tribute hotels? Immediately prior to the stay in question, I had a rewards redemption at a Ritz Carlton. Parking and Food charges to the room did accrue points at the expected rate.
I believe the terms say parking is not considered an eligible charge for point accrual but I’ve also received points for parking charges before. I never understood how food and beverages charges related to point earnings because there’s lots of little exceptions like run by third party excuses. I would just submit for missing credit and see. Even if you get a phone rep, they are probably filling out the form anyways.
