It's pretty insignificant compared to somethings people are posting, but I once left a book on a BWI-BUF flight. To my surprise, 2 weeks later it shows up on my door! I had left my boarding pass in as a place holder, and they must have looked me up to send it back. They probably spent more to mail it to me than the book was worth! It was so very thoughtful and highly appreciated.
