Depends what you need. I stayed there last year (Hampton) and it was pretty new actually. Enjoyed my stay but breakfast was so so. If you don't need location (Hampton is near interstate but noise was not a problem), then Hampton will do fine. If you want airline miles then DT is your bet. I have found some DTs to be a little dated so it might be not as nice as the Hampton.
