Off the top of my head, without looking at a map, I could rattle off at least 50 US airports more underserved than HVN.
Just before the pandemic the 2 HVN-CLT flights were doing quite well with 70% load factors with Republics E175s

Not so fast! 70% LF could make for phenomenally profitable flights. There was a time when AA's highest profit margin routes had sub-50% load factors.

Well, there you go. If HVN traffic is all flow to Florida and AA is having to price HVN O&Ds comparably to BDL/NYC/PVD markets with ULCC competition, that seems like a recipe for financial disaster. Breakeven load factor in the 150% range!
