I planted 6 basil plants from seed this spring, assuming that since we have to start indoors here, not all of them would make it. 5 of the 6 have (although 2 are still a little small for harvesting), so we have an abundance of basil. Besides Italian dishes, looking for ideas. One day soon will be Thai-style Basil Chicken.
