Read the fine print. It's for those fully vaccinated in the UK (and technically by the NHS, although if it's recorded by the NHS that would probably be good enough) and NOT those vaccinated elsewhere, even if the vaccines are approved in the UK. Although J&J is approved it is not in used yet, so currently moot, and double jabbed is a cute way of saying fully vaccinated when all current UK vaccines require two jabs.

Those fully vaccinated outside the UK, like me, still have to follow the self-isolation requirements.
