Spent a few days here last week. Stayed at a Caroline Astor suite. It was fairly disappointing:
- The architecture-wise the building looks like a Westin at best
- There is really only one restaurant - it's just called something else at day vs dinner
- There is very little furnishings in the room and it doesn't really look very premium
- Didn't get housekeeping to come at all on one day despite calling about it
- Turnaround service is on request only
- Breakfast buffet is pretty limited, not something you'd expect for the brand
Some positives:
- Food was better than expected (had very low expectation)
- Service attitude is positive and they seem to be really trying
