I have the same issue that I redeem my F seat with Asiamiles back in 2019 for 2020 then postponed till this early Oct. From their website, I also could not locate JL3 but only JL5. I talked to Marco Polo with the same response as yours. Hopefully JL3 will be back as I do have a connecting flight with EVA back to Songsan Taipei on the same day.
