Anyone having problems using the Companion Certificate (via Reserve) on the website? It's a certificate that has been extended because of the pandemic... is that the reason it won't work on the website? It tells me (after I find the flights) that it has encountered an error and I have to call in... Is it still a nightmare trying to call Delta? (even on the Platinum line?)
