Additionally, I spoke with a friend last night who said all of his co-workers are just lying about exemptions from self-isolation on the PLF and having no trouble with it (note I don't condone this - I actually think its riskier than just saying you'll self isolate and not doing it; I only post this to address the point re compliance). I think rates of full compliance have always been quite low and partial compliance rates are rapidly diminishing.
I did not leave the house at all during my 10 days that I've just completed. Not once, not even to get "essentials".

I doubt they would find many people at home and rightly so, its an absurd process.
I guess I'm a mug and sit in that 10%. I've just finished 10 days quarantine and couldn't wait to go out for a brisk walk this morning as well as a haircut (having been away for quite some time while I was travelling). I received a call every day, usually around the same time, except for day 10. I guess they gave up by then.

The client I was doing work for would have paid for TTR if I wanted, but there were no close/easy walk-in options for me so by the time you posted it in etc. it would have given little benefit anyway so I decided to just wait it out for the full 10.
