As a reference, the refund request was approved within 4-5 business days after the request but still no refund since 15 days after the refund request was approved.

Apparently I'm on first-name terms with TAP's latest CEO
Ms Ourmières-Widener is French and ex-Flybe. She emailed me (three times in one day) - and possibly also mailed everybody else in TAP's data-base - suggesting I contact her if I have any questions.
