Since you mentioned that you have UC passes, and I have been to all 3 of the mentioned UC's recently, I can tell you that LAX is the most spacious and comfortable, much less crowded (compared with ORD B6 or SFO Rotunda), and has the most extensive (albeit not gourmet or anything exciting) food options.
