I'm not surprised about the service issues given.. well.. Burmuda and the pricing doesn't seem unreasonable for the country, but like khabah I find the poor design and poor quality furnishings galling for a hotel calling itself a St Regis. I perhaps care more about architecture and interior design than most, but I couldn't see myself fully enjoying the luxury price tag at a hotel which looks like a 4* resort in Russia.
