So, theoretically, yes; but, in practice, no.
So if they allow us to checkin before noon but breakfast ends at 11:00 am like at the wicked spoon. Does that mean we need to checkin at 10:30 am or earlier so they can charge us before 11:00 am so it would be credited? or would a 11:59 am for lunch at wicked spoon count too?
