I have good news and bad news regarding the Incomm switchover.
Good news - Incomm Vanilla Visa and Vanilla MC gift cards work just like the Blackhawk ones despite what it says on the back about needing to set a PIN, so BAU as far as liquidating the cards.
Bad News - Incomm’s fraud detection is more aggressive than Blackhawk’s. The store got two phone calls right after the purchase ($2k). So, cut back or else we will eventually be cut off.
