I finally managed to get eticket #'s for everyone by calling ANA. My agent also must have booked us twice (or the second time overriding the first, not sure) as I have 2 delivery of eticket emails from ANA with different eticket #'s for us that are timestamped 20 minutes apart. At least my call to ANA let me know which numbers are in their system so I am good.
It is a large pain repeat data entry of ticket # and surname every time I access the booking in the TK app, but at least it's working and shows our reservations which is the important part.
