Do you have different eticket numbers for each person? I booked through ANA and I have 1 ticket number at the top of my receipt that encompasses the whole booking for 3 of us but it does not start with 235 which Turkish needs. I had the same experience as you did with entering TK PNR + surname, then eticket, which worked for 2 of us with different surnames but using the same 205 ticket number but not the 3rd person with the same surname and the same 205 ticket number. Do I call ANA to get separate ticket numbers for each of us?
