Do you have people traveling with you with the same surname? Were you able to put both of them in the app? There are 3 of us traveling. 2 of us have the same surname and the 3rd person is different. I was able to go under "manage/view booking" and I put in my surname and ticket number, the 3rd person's surname and same ticket number, but I am unable to enter the other person who has the same surname as me since the app thought I already did that.
