In May I booked BOS-SEA-BOS Mint tickets for September and selected "throne" seats (seat 4F both ways). A couple of weeks ago I happened to be in my account and noticed that the seat assignment and baggage allowance had disappeared from the BOS-SEA flight:
I tried to select a new seat but received an error message ("An error occurred during seat selection request processing. Please try again later."). I called customer support and, after 2+ hours on hold, was told that they could see the seat assignment on their end and everything should be fine. However, it has now been a couple of weeks, the seat assignment still has not reappeared, and there is only one other "throne" seat remaining on the flight. Should I be worried?
