Thanks. I have the safe Hawaii filled out with a photo of the card attached, but have not gotten a QR code yet. It could be that my son is also on my record and requires a test that we can not get until closer to our departure date. Hopefully it all comes together and we can get the band.

edit - just read again that I need to also complete the health questionnaire withing 24 hours of flight to get the code. That has been added to the list!
