Question on jokers: I’ve had both flights on a joker redemption cancelled. I will now try and take those same flights next year but I would like to take my partner with me. She wasn’t on the original booking and when I called up to rebook and ask for her to be added, I was told this is not allowed.
Is that correct?
A year ago I called GGL to use a joker with the sole intention of cancelling to preserve the joker in an FTV. The agent was fine with that but was very clear that I wouldn’t be able to add anyone to the booking not already on it when I came to use the FTV.
