If your accepted a coupon instead of refund, then you can you use your joker from last year.
As far as I know the coupon/voucher is valid as originally booked.
That is, no you can't add.
But I have no example to give and hopefully for you, I'm wrong
BA may be less lenient now as flying picks up around the globe.
EDIT to add, But I know you can change routing and keep the joker.
