I think that's fair. It really depends on the person. My perspective is that it is both much easier to redeem Chase points at the floor and also much easier to get outsized value for them (ironically at Hyatt properties). The CSR as a card probably doesn't make sense to own for most people though so in most other cases (even compared to the USB AR), the Bonvoy cards are probably fine.
I still wish Amex/Chase + Marriott would up the earning structure on the co-branded CCs. It gets outearned by pretty much every other co-branded hotel card.
