I value them at .7 cpp. It's possible to redeem higher, but that's my floor.

I agree with your valuation of the points, but this is pretty much a tie (4.5 vs. 4.2) given the play in these valuations. I don't mind building up Marriott points by paying for Marriott stays with one of the cards, it encourages me to burn them, which I've been doing all year.
