Melissa from AS Customer Care. She said I was the first AS Gold 75K to call in with AA flight numbers, place on the upgrade list, departure and arrival airports, dates, confirmation code, etc.
AA is violating their agreement with AS.
If we, the victims of AA abuse, do nothing, the abuse will continue.
