It sure is frustrating dealing with AY these days. Plat desk isn't much help. I've had all my flights suffeled and called into to make changes. Well looks like I will indeed have to cancel my Bologna fare as they refuse to change. And some other flights I had left over from previous mileage runs, well one flight they changed no problem then after the 11th change they have done they now wanted 79€ to change a return from Stockholm to Helsinki 😳🤷🏼♂️

I feel you. As I had just joined AY Plus FFP a few months ago, a few of my trips later this year have been constantly shuffled and changed. A few days ago, they had the guts to charge me even though they're the ones who changed the flight due to their change in scheduling flights despite the ticket being a business flex ticket. After being on 8 hours of on-hold they cancelled the charges.
