I'm traveling back home MLE-IST-IAD in September in J and arrive at IST at 5:25am with a 9hr 35min layover. Can a transit hotel be utilized this early in the morning? I'm asking because most US hotels will not allow check-in until the afternoon. We'd like to use the hotel as a base to explore the city for the day before we depart back to IAD. Apologies if this has been addressed prior. Thanks!
