Let us say I buy a ticket for myself and get buddy pass ticket for my wife.

Do I earn full SQM/SQS/SQD for myself.
Would my wife get at least the SQM/SQS? But no SQD for the taxes and fees?

Now with the premium credit card companion pass?
Same questions? Except would my wife get the reduced SQD that has to pay for the companion pass?

A second question-can I as a primary cardholder use a purchase a ticket separately for my wife (who is a companion cardholder with my VISA) and a buddy pass is used for her companion (eg her mother).
