Pre-pandemic, BA tended to operate 2-3 flights a day all with 4-class aircraft. It now seems the plan is A350 (no first) and a 4 class 777 or 787, which means only 8 F seats per day, when there would have been up to 42.

I’m in a different but similar position in that I’ve been rolling forward a WT+ booking for which I then used Avios to upgrade to Club. My intended rebooking date this (3rd) time would have taken it beyond ticket validity. I was (perhaps wrongly) told my only option was to refund the booking & complete a new one. Now having obtained a refund I cannot find WT+ fares comparable to what I previously paid. Hey-ho!
