I won't go into details but we spent almost 45 minutes sitting at the breakfast table before they found someone in guest relations who knew what the Diamond breakfast included. I feel it should have been clarified yesterday when I asked at check-in, but whatever. Props to Eugenia, who apparently previously worked at a NYC Hilton, who was a breath of fresh air in getting us informed. Fwiw, they give Diamonds access to the the entire buffet in the main restaurant. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but the waitress also dropped a glass on the table and a broken shard cut my son on the lip pretty good. No one really acknowledged it aside from a different waiter asking if he was OK, meanwhile we finally got the bleeding stopped. I know accidents happen, but the recovery seemed a bit weak.

On to more exciting things...Here is a look at the shared beach across the way at Royal Blue. They drove us over in a car, but it looks walkable now that we know where we're going. Pretty rough for little ones but at least there is some sand for playing in. Son seems to be enjoying the kids club and water was briefly back on at the water park, then turned back off. Not sure yet if they're still trouble shooting or what.
