I'm not sure there's actually a way to open the account online? I think "Open Account" link takes you to the MSO login as a way to verify that you have an existing MS relationship before telling you who to contact. Since the account itself is only available to existing Morgan Stanley clients there's no number published without logging in, and the main product page itself is just plastered with a bunch of references to contact your Morgan Stanley team.
