Not sure if anyone can help. Planning on flying BKK-Narita (ANA) then transit Narita to Guam on United (same terminal).

Will have 72 hour COVID free certificates as per CDC to enter Guam but am I correct in thinking transit at Narita is still allowed?

Currently non Japanese Nationals, ie me are banned from entering Japan if living in Thailand. have tried looking at Narita airport site without luck

Any advice greatly appreciated.
