Hello FT'ers

I'm planning to visit Maui for my one year anniversary with the wife. We already have a free flight to Maui (via promotion) so all we need now is a place to stay. We would like an all-inclusive resort so we don't need to worry about how we spend our money while there. The only problem is I can't seem to find any all-inclusive packages that do not include flight.

Can anyone please direct me or give me suggestions of where to look for all-inclusive packages that do not include flight? I'm from Toronto, Canada so I'd prefer dealing either with a Canadian agency or directly with the resorts.

Also, I have a choice to fly between Maui and Honolulu. Which would you recommend for a nice anniversary getaway and why? Any specific resort/hotel recommendations? We're planning to stay at least 6, to a maximum of 9 nights.
