This will mostly benefit B6 customers at LAX, since at SFO there's only an Admirals Club and at JFK and BOS they use different terminals. It's going to make the LAX and SFO lounges quite crowded though.

I think it's also within the realm of possibility to move some B6 transcon flights to JFK T8 now that the bus exists, at least in the short term until BA moves in (and jetBlue builds their own lounge in T5). JetBlue constantly needs more space in JFK and AA is certainly not using the narrowbody gates to capacity.
this doesn’t benefit AA elites at all because there’s no jet blue lounges
