I'm not sitting in that position for longer than a few minutes, and only if directly interacting with law enforcement.

After a few minutes, I'd to back to sitting comfortably and watching a movie on my phone while they calm whatever power trip they're on. If they can find a crime in that to arrest me for, be my guest.

It may be a good time to have the good ole "TSA shoulder syndrome" injury act up again like the old days...
