My wife was flying last week so I ordered some stuff for her. She said the quality was good. It never arrived at her seat however, so she went and chased it up. The crew had it listed against the billing name (me) rather than her name (it asks for pax details separately when you order). Not sure if this is just the way BA set it up or a glitch. Might be because I used Apple Pay 🤷

She said one or two other people got stuff, so it is being used, albeit sparingly. This was a lunch time flight back from Rome about 40% full. I would give it a go next time.
