I didn't say anything about current rates in Phuket and I'm not implying anything. Based on what's going on in Thailand right now, the untrustworthiness of any vaccination numbers coming from the Thai government, the transmissibility of Delta, and the proven inefficacy of the Sinovac vaccine, I view a sandbox shutdown as a meaningful possibility. Anyone who can't see that has drunk an awful lot of kool-aid.
