The link to the DL website that was posted upthread now seems to lead to different content stressing the July 8th changes (with vaccinated people no longer needing a negative test result). I asked at MSP yesterday (July 8th) in the SC and the agents knew nothing about the wristbands. They insisted that there were no lines when they flew to Hawaii in March, so that the lack of DL providing wristbands shouldn't matter.
