The different piers of the 2E terminal are separated and function pretty much as two different terminals. You would need to go through security again to go from K to L and they will not normally let you through to L if your flight departs from K and vice-versa.
LHR flights almost invariably leave from K so there is 99% chance that the lounge that you will have access to will be the K lounge. While the L lounge is nicer, the difference is not such that you would want to bother with the hassle of going through security twice even if they would let you.
