I did an online chat with Hilton and explained what I thought was wrong about the missing points. She didn't really seem to understand but made a ticket/escalation for me anyway. An hour and a half later I got an email from WA (I don't think from the hotel, but from WA corporate) with the same verbiage as tex1721 . I got a lot more points! But... the 3x promo is still missing, I asked about that yesterday, but haven't gotten a response about it. I know it seems like I'm splitting hairs, but sending an email for 25k points seems worth it to me ha
